Citizenship by Investment

Second passports through 13 government-approved programmes.

Overview

Citizenship by investment provides a second passport through a government-approved economic contribution or real-estate purchase — generational, transferable to spouse and children, with no residency requirement in most programmes.

ASJ Group works with thirteen active programmes across the Caribbean, Europe and the South Pacific. We select the programme against the client's mobility goals, tax residency plans, family composition and the political stability of the issuing jurisdiction.

Every application is director-supervised. Enhanced due diligence is completed before the client is submitted — we do not submit applications that will not clear source-of-funds review.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear on every intake call.

Do I need to live in the country?
In Caribbean programmes and Vanuatu, no physical residency is required. Malta requires a genuine link — typically twelve months of legal residency before naturalisation.
Is my citizenship passed to my children?
Yes. All programmes we work with confer citizenship by descent for children born after naturalisation, and permit family inclusion in the original application.
How long does the process take?
Caribbean programmes typically complete in four to eight months. Malta is a twelve- to thirty-six-month process depending on the residency track.
