iGaming Licensing
B2C and B2B iGaming licences across MGA, Curaçao, Anjouan, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
iGaming licensing is not a jurisdiction problem — it is a payments problem. Most applications that fail, fail at the bank, the PSP or the card acquirer. ASJ Group pre-qualifies the payments stack before we file with the regulator.
We work across B2C operator, B2B platform and supplier classes in MGA, Isle of Man, Curaçao (under the modernised LOK framework), Anjouan, Gibraltar and Kahnawake — matched to the operator's markets, product mix and payments strategy.
Every engagement is director-signed, fixed-fee and includes the compliance framework, RG and AML manuals, technical documentation and post-licence readiness the regulator will inspect.

Questions we hear on every intake call.
- Which iGaming licence is best?
- There is no universal best licence — it depends on target markets, product mix, payments and tax. MGA is strongest for EU B2C reputational reasons; Isle of Man for B2B and platform; Curaçao for global casino under the new LOK framework.
- How long does an MGA licence take?
- Realistic timelines are six to nine months from filing to first-stage approval, plus a technical audit before go-live. Curaçao under LOK is faster — three to six months typical.
- Can I take crypto deposits?
- In some jurisdictions yes, in others no. We map product, payments and jurisdiction together so this question is answered before you file.
